DMP Hawaii is engaged in nothing less that re-defining the entire approach to Condominium Management. Our team’s years of experience in this business have lead us to the inescapable conclusion that the current model of revenue sharing between owners and management is simply structurally flawed.

Historically this business partnership worked well as owners did not have access to distribution channels nor did they have the time and other resources to risk doing it themselves. Today, technology is redefining those realities. But, there is something else fundamentally wrong with how condominiums are managed. They inevitably become fractured into multiple competing interests to the detriment of all interests.
